Hey - I'm Perry!
I've been in the fitness industry for 12+ years, owned the largest personal training studio in Philly and have helped 1,000's of clients regain control of their health.
But with all that success came a price... I was overworked, stressed, and suffered from anxiety and depression. My mental health began to spiral out of control. And even though I knew exactly what to do to stay healthy... I kept emotionally eating and turning to food as my therapist.
I became so embarrassed - "how can anyone trust me if I can't even help myself" - that I spiraled even deeper out of control.
I felt completely lost and couldn't break the pattern.
But then a light went off in my head and I realized that it didn't matter what diet or meal plan I tried because I kept self-sabotaging every time I got stressed or anxious. So I began to focus on why I was eating unhealthy instead of what I should eat.
Through this journey I was able to discover and create a completely new way for people to regain control of their health. Instead of the typical solution of restrictive diets, counting calories, and giving up favorite foods.....
I call it The Anti Diet Approach.
The Fitness Industry Is Broken
How do I know? Well, the numbers don't lie!
Right now the solution is "eat less & eat healthy". But this is only addressing the symptom - It's not actually addressing what's causing the problem! Which is why it's so hard to stick to a diet.
Think about it this way - if you kept getting flat tires because there's a bunch of nails in your driveway. What's the best solution? Keep the nails in the driveway and just fix the flat every single time OR remove the nails?
The industry wants to make it seem like weight gain is the symptom and it's because of unhealthy eating. But the real problem you have to solve is what is causing you to eat unhealthy!?
The answer: Emotional Eating.
So What is Emotional Eating?
To keep it simple, it is when you eat out of impulse instead of intention.
Now this can show up in many different ways but it always follows the same pattern.
Trigger ➡️ Reaction ➡️ Regret
Perhaps the trigger is a stressful workweek, or maybe the scale went in the wrong direction, maybe you got in a fight with your spouse, or maybe it's just that late night cravings!
But that trigger invokes some type of impulsive reaction - typically because of a deeply subconscious emotional response & habit.
This often causes some type of binge. Now maybe that binge for you looks like 23 slices of pizza or maybe it's just 1 glass of wine. The quantity is less important than the fact that you impulsively ate.
That impulsive decision then leads to regret. You're disappointed that you fell off the plan - you promised yourself it would be different this time.
Then...the worst part happens.
That regret acts as the NEXT trigger, which leads to the next binge, which causes more regret, which is another trigger..... and down the rabbit hole you go!
The Good News:
You can still get amazing results, just like the people below.... But you have to shift your mindset from searching for the 'magic diet' that will fix everything and be willing to commit to a new approach.

"How is The Anti-Diet Approach different from everything else I've tried!?"
1. You'll Learn How To Prevent Self-Sabotage
How often have you known what you should do, but you still didn't?
Diets will only focus on telling you what you should eat. But they don't help you understand WHY you were being unhealthy to begin with. Let's be honest - it's not rocket science that eating ice cream every night isn't helping your goals.... The Anti Diet Approach will teach you WHY you're emotional eating and HOW to overcome those cravings and finally be in control.
2. You'll Learn How To Get Long Term Weight Loss
2 Steps Forward - 3 Steps Back
This is how the fitness industry makes it's money. They give you short term solutions, get some testimonials and then bounce before sh*t hits the fan!
The reason why their programs don't work long term is because they need you to be perfect. They are fitting you into their program, instead of shaping the program around YOU.
This causes the dreaded 'All or Nothing' mentality. The Anti Diet Approach is all about creating a relationship with food and a lifestyle that you actually enjoy! It'll teach you how to build momentum and enjoy results without ever having to be perfect.
3. Redefine Your Relationship with Food
Diets will always tell you what you're allowed to eat. Giving you anxiety and fear around other foods. But what's the likelihood that you'll never eat bread again? How about pizza, beer, or maybe a donut?? The answer is zero percent!
This sets you up for failure because you're going into every diet, knowing that it is only a temporary solution because it is not a realistic lifestyle.
The Anti Diet Approach will completely change your relationship with food and teach you everything you need to know so you can have the freedom to eat WHATEVER you want without feeling guilty, embarrassed, or out of control.
4. Learn To Be In Control - Not Be Controlled
Diets are designed to control you and limit your freedoms with rules that you must follow in order to get results. But what happens when you want to actually enjoy life?
How often has something as simple as a Birthday Party, Vacation, Dinner w/ friends, Feeling Sick, or just lunch w/ the boss.... Led to you falling completely off track?
The Anti Diet Approach is not a set of rules - it is a set of tools that you can use to stay healthy while enjoying a vacation, going out for drinks with friends, etc.
Stop Looking At How Fast People Lose Weight...
Start to focus on how long they keep it off!
Trust me losing 20lbs in a month will feel amazing. But not if over next 11 months you gain another 50lbs.
The goal should be simple - life long results. And the only way to achieve this is to master your relationship with food, stop self-sabotaging, and create a lifestyle you enjoy that gets you results!
Meet Tom
He had struggled with weight his entire life but during grad school he decided to make a drastic change in his lifestyle.
He started working out, a LOT, and eating as LITTLE as possible. He lost about 80lbs. Hip-hip-horray! But he didn't realize it was actually a ticking time bomb.
Once he graduated he got a demanding job as a lawyer. Stress increased, free-time decreased, and the underlying issues surrounding his relationship with food came back - with a vengeance!
He gained all the weight back, plus some, and was just 2lbs shy of breaking 300lbs - he hit rock bottom, reached out to me, and got to work!
Over the next 11 months he lost 100lbs. But more importantly he did it while working out less, eating more, dealt with injuries (broken bones), a more demanding job, going on multiple vacations, and dealt with sickness..... and the best part is he has kept it off for years!
Meet Christine
She has a super demanding job, her family does not have good genetics, she had tried every diet out there and was extremely intimidated by exercise. But one day she woke up and was about to break 250lbs and knew she needed to make a change.
So she reached out, we set a 'crazy' goal of losing 50lbs before her 50th birthday, and got to work!
Over the next 10 months she lost 50lbs by simply learning how to overcome her emotional triggers and habits of turning to food and alcohol during stressful and social times.
The best part - she still enjoys being a foodie and going to restaurants but no longer has to worry about completely derailing and falling off track!
Meet Susie
A self-proclaimed convenience eater - relying on fast food, take out, and delivery, she found herself feeling exhausted everyday.
She soon learned that she had developed obstructive sleep apnea and polycystic ovarian syndrome - all by the age of just 28. For her, weight loss was no longer about vanity - there were serious health complications.
So she reached out, dedicated herself to the process, and got to work!
Over the next 11 months she was able to lose 80lbs by learning how to change from a convenience eater to an intentional eater!
The best part, over the following years she not only led and supported multiple weight loss challenges at her work but she has also been able to grow her family with a beautiful daughter!

Q: How much weight will I lose?
A. As much as you want :). And that's 100% the truth. This isn't a quick-fix weight loss program - the purpose of The Anti Diet Approach is to give you the tools so you can reach any goal you want.
Q: How do I know it will work for me?
A. The truth is.... you don't! But you do know that what you've been trying, hasn't worked. So I'd answer this with a question: "Are you willing to give 100% and follow the program?" If so, you'll succeed! The only way this program won't work for you is if you try to modify it or half-ass it!

A. At any point you can reach out to me and I'll be happy to help and support you!
Q: How much does this cost!?
A. I've tried to make it as close to a no-brainer decision as possible - to get full access to the course all you have to pay is $297.
Now You Have To Make A Choice
You can either continue to use a broken system that leaves you struggling with:
- Starting over and over again after falling off track every couple weeks
- Gaining weight every single time you go on vacation, enjoy a holiday, or go out with friends.
- Feeling miserable, frustrated, and overwhelmed.
- Being afraid to get on the scale
- Constantly trying to figure out which foods are 'healthy' and being afraid and anxious of eating 'unhealthy' foods
Or you can try something different, that'll teach you:
- How to overcome emotional eating and self-sabotage
- To eat your favorite foods and still get long-term weight loss
- To enjoy your lifestyle and still be proud of how they look and feel.
- How to find balance and no longer sacrifice your health - no matter what life throws your way!
- To master your relationship with food and never need to suffer through another diet again!
- How to finally enjoy life long weight loss results and be in complete control of your health.
Remember - the definition of insanity is to try the same thing over and over again and expect different results... perhaps it's time to try something different :)
